Terms of Use
These terms describe the basis on which Song Contest Radar provides its editorial content, historical data and interactive tools.
Independent publication
Song Contest Radar is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) or the Eurovision Song Contest.
Editorial information
We aim to publish accurate, clearly sourced information and to correct material errors. Eurovision schedules, rules, participants, tickets and national-selection plans can change, so current official sources should be treated as authoritative where decisions or travel plans depend on the information.
Interactive tools
Scoreboards, calculators, predictors and similar tools are provided for information and entertainment. Unless a page explicitly says otherwise, outputs are not official Eurovision results, odds or guarantees of future outcomes.
External websites
Song Contest Radar links to official Eurovision pages, broadcasters and other third-party websites for sourcing and further information. We do not control the availability, content, security or terms of those external services.
Names, marks and third-party rights
Eurovision, broadcaster names, artist names, song titles and other third-party names or marks are used editorially to identify the subjects being covered. Rights in third-party trademarks, music, photographs and other protected material remain with their respective owners.
Site content and reuse
Original Song Contest Radar writing, design, data presentation and software may not be republished in substantial part as a competing copy of the site without permission. Short quotations and ordinary linking are welcome when used lawfully and with appropriate attribution.
Availability
We may update, reorganise or discontinue pages and tools as the site develops. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every external source will remain online.
