What is still pending?

Detailed seat maps, Eurovision-specific capacity, entrances, accessibility routes, fan transport and ticket-category layouts should not be treated as final until organisers publish the official event plan.

Bag size, prohibited items, food and drink, power-bank rules and security procedures should also come from the final Eurovision 2027 guidance rather than being copied from unrelated arena events.
