The Dutch Eurovision story has developed again. After AVROTROS said it would not take part in Eurovision 2027, Talpa Network has now publicly offered to help NPO if the umbrella broadcaster still wants the Netherlands to compete in Burgas.
The offer came after Omroep MAX also ruled itself out. According to Dutch reporting based on comments made during Talpa's season presentation, Talpa video director Frank Klein said the company had told NPO it was available to help if needed.
That does not amount to a confirmed Dutch participation yet. NPO still has to decide what it wants to do for 2027, and Talpa is not itself an EBU member, so any path forward would still need a workable broadcasting arrangement.
