France wins Eurovision for a second time
Jacqueline Boyer won London 1960 with “Tom Pillibi”, scoring 32 points and giving France its second Eurovision victory after André Claveau's win in 1958.
Norway joins Eurovision
Norway made its Eurovision debut in 1960 and finished joint fourth with Nora Brockstedt and “Voi-voi”. The BBC hosted in London after the Netherlands, winner of 1959, declined to stage the Contest again so soon.
