Isabelle Aubret won Luxembourg 1962 with “Un Premier Amour”, scoring 26 points — exactly double runner-up Monaco's 13 — and giving France a third victory in five Contests.
Four countries finish on zero
Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain all ended Eurovision 1962 without a point. The Dutch performance also continued through a power failure that briefly darkened the stage.
