EUROVISION HISTORY
Countries that have never won Eurovision
Our database currently contains 25 current, confirmed or historical country profiles with no Eurovision victory. Some remain regular competitors, some are inactive, and Canada is scheduled to make its first appearance in 2027.
Who has been waiting the longest?
Among countries in the current archive without a victory, Malta has the earliest debut year: 1971. A long participation history does not necessarily mean continuous participation, so individual country pages provide the broader context.
