Greece's application deadline for Sing for Greece 2027 passed on Sunday 1 November 2026. Public broadcaster ERT had been taking songs online since 22 September and set the end of the submission window at 22:59 CET. The deadline concerns incoming entries, not the public announcement of a shortlist.
What to know
- Applications closed on 1 November 2026.
- The semi-finals are scheduled for 9 and 11 February 2027.
- The Thessaloniki final is set for 13 February; the lineup is not yet announced.
Two semi-finals and a final in February
ERT is preparing three televised events in Thessaloniki. The first semi-final is scheduled for 9 February, the second for 11 February and the grand final for Saturday 13 February 2027. The winner will represent Greece in Burgas at Eurovision 2027.
After the submission window closes, ERT must review the songs and decide which artists and entries advance. Neither a final artist list nor the number of eligible applications was confirmed in the deadline report. Names circulated before broadcaster confirmation should not be treated as the official field.
The return of a public national final makes February the central part of Greece's Eurovision campaign. Fans can use the published show dates to plan viewing, while awaiting ERT's next announcements on competing songs, performer profiles and how the voting will work.
